Genkins Forge was founded on the idea that Generative AI should be used for what it does best. Manage documents written in natural language in the way Human’s communicate.
Founder - Jared Cluff
Jared spent his adult life building his career in Information Technology. Throughout his career he attained many industry certifications spanning the gambit of technologies, from Networking, to Systems Engineering, and Infrastructure management. All the while, he wrote documentation supporting the environments he built.
Having an engineering mindset, and frustrated by the lack of automation in the knowledge management lifecycle, he began searching for new ways to manage documentation, including searching and finding documentation. This led him to start exploring machine learning, embeddings, vectorization and generative AI.
With the advent of ChatGPT, the world changed and Jared finally saw a technology that properly fit the role of natural language knowledge management. With this, Jared formed Genkins Forge and began developing a way to bring life to documentation, limiting the impact of aging documents.
